Shambhavi Gupta

Co-Founder and President

Shambhavi leads SvaraScape’s climate research, technical delivery and strategic partnerships.

Her work focuses on translating climate evidence, data and modelling into practical solutions for cities, institutions and communities. She has worked with organizations including the 2030 Water Resources Group of the World Bank, C40 Cities, Newcastle University, Brineworks, Laero and the Water Security and Sustainable Development Hub.

Rashi Sharma

Co-Founder and Senior Analyst

Rashi leads policy and stakeholder engagement and supports technical delivery.

She also supports SvaraScape’s organizational strategy development. She works across the organization’s portfolio to coordinate projects, strengthen partnerships and translate ideas into effective implementation. She has worked with organizations including UNDP, ministries under the Government of India, the Observer Research Foundation, PepsiCo and the Quality Circle of India.

Vishal Katyal

Board Director

Vishal supports SvaraScape’s governance, institutional strategy and long-term development.

He provides guidance on organizational decision-making, partnerships, finances, strategy and the systems needed to support sustainable growth. He is also a health-tech expert and leads product management for firms including firmly.ai. He has previously held product-management roles with Smart Health Network PBC, Amazon and Samsung, among others.

Nethmi Hewage

Advisor

Nethmi advises SvaraScape on its institutional growth, technical development and strategic direction.

She brings an interdisciplinary perspective to strengthening the organization’s research and impact-oriented work and is a PhD candidate in Chemistry at Columbia University.
